Smokey BLT Grilled Cheese
  1. 4 slices hearty wheat bread
  2. 2 Tbsp butter
  3. 6 slices cheddar cheese
  4. 4 slices lacy swiss
  5. 6 slices cooked bacon
  6. 4 slices tomato
  7. 2 leafs lettuce
  8. 4 Tbsp Jimmy’s Holy Smoke! Dip
  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread, then stack buttered sides together. Carefully spread Jimmy’s Holy Smoke! Dip on the unbuttered side. Layer 2 slices cheddar on top of bread , then bacon slices, then lacy swiss cheese, then tomato and finally the remaining slices of cheese. Place bread buttered side down in a fry pan over medium heat. Grill for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
  2. Flip sandwich to other side and cook for 2-3 minutes or until bread is toasty golden and cheese has melted. The second side will cook faster than the first so watch carefully. Add lettuce leafs to sandwiches once they are plated.
  3. Cut in half and enjoy!
