Ingredients
  1. 1 tub Jimmy's Caramel Dip
  2. 1/2 - 1 tsp sea salt
  3. 2 cups cream, very cold
  4. 9" x 5" loaf pan
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine Jimmy's Caramel Dip and sea salt. Once mixed take 1/3 of the caramel and set aside in a small bowl.
  2. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Use a spatula and gently fold whipped cream into the caramel mixture in the large bowl until just combined, then pour into loaf pan.
  4. Take the remaining caramel that was set aside and pour over loaf pan. Use spatula and lightly swirl.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm. Approximately 6 hours.
Notes
  1. Sprinkle lightly with additional salt before serving.
