  1. 1 (15 oz.) salmon
  2. 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1/4 cup milk
  5. 2 Tbsp. flour
  6. cracker crumbs
  7. dash garlic powder
  8. dash tarragon (optional)
  9. salt and pepper to taste
  10. olive oil
  11. 1 dollop Jimmy’s Dill Vegetable Dip
  1. Break salmon apart and place in a medium sized bowl. Add onion, egg, milk, garlic power. Mix well and add flour. For flavor enhancement, let set in refrigerator for a few hours covered.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto cracker crumbs. Coat each patty before putting in the hot skillet.
  3. Brown on both sides. Place on paper towel to absorb oil. Serve with a dollop of Jimmy’s Dill Dip on top!
