Springtime Fruit Salad Recipe

 3 cups pineapple, cubed
 1 cup kiwi, peeled, sliced & quartered
 2 cups mandarin orange segments
 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
 1/2 cup Jimmy's Cole Slaw Dressing

In a large serving bowl, place pineapple, kiwi, oranges and pomegranate seeds.

Pour Jimmy's Cole Slaw Dressing over the top and mix or toss gently.
