 2 heads of romaine lettuce, cleaned and chopped OR 2 bags of pre-chopped romaine lettuce
 1-2 cups chicken, grilled or cooked and chopped
 ½ cup cherry or grape tomatoes, chopped
 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
 2 large ears of sweet corn, cooked, cooled and cut off ear
 1 avocado, chopped
 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (more if you’d like)
 1 cup Jimmy’s Creamy Ranch Dressing
 ½ cup Jimmy's Pineapple Salsa
 1 cup tortilla chips, lightly crushed
 optional: chopped onions, peppers, black olives, salsa

Assemble salad in a large bowl starting with romaine lettuce. Add chicken, tomatoes, beans, corn, avocado and cheese. Set aside. For dressing, mix together Jimmy’s Creamy Ranch Dressing and your favorite salsa. You may want more dressing so mix it according to your taste. Pour dressing over salad mixture and mix with tongs. Place salad on serving plates and sprinkle with tortilla chips.
