SW Salad in a Jar recipe

 Quart sized jar with lid
 2 Tbsp Jimmy’s Creamy Ranch Dressing
 1-2 Tbsp Jimmy's Pineapple Salsa
 1/2 cup chicken, grilled or cooked and chopped
 1/4 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
 1/4 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, chopped
 1/4 cup corn
 1/2 avocado, chopped (squeeze lime juice over for freshness)
 1-2 cups pre-chopped romaine lettuce
 2 Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese (more if you’d like)
 1/4 cup tortilla chips, lightly crushed
 optional: chopped onions, peppers, black olives, more salsa

To assemble Salad In a Jar, start with clean, dry quart sized jar. Layer ingredients as they are listed above. You may refrigerate for up to 24 hours. To serve, just empty contents of jar into a large bowl and mix. Enjoy!
