Smokey Bacon Meatloaf Recipe

 2 lb Ground beef or turkey
 2/3 cup oatmeal
 ½ cup chopped onion
 1 cup Jimmy’s Smokey Ranch Dip
 2 tsp chili powder
 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 .5 tsp. black pepper
 2 large egg whites
 6 oz thin-sliced bacon

Combine all ingredients except bacon, into large bowl. Mix together with hands then place mixture into greased 9 x 5 pan and pat into a loaf. Arrange bacon slices over meatloaf. Overlap them slightly and tuck them under to prevent curling.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool for at least 10 minutes. Slice and serve with more Jimmy’s Smokey Ranch Dip on the side.
