In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add 1 cup of Jimmy’s Caramel Dip, cinnamon, vanilla and chopped nuts. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon filling into a prepared pie shell.
Refrigerate covered for 2 hours. At serving time, garnish with remaining 1/4 cup Jimmy’s Caramel Dip and whole cashews.
