No Bake Caramel Cashew Pie Recipe

Yields1 Serving

 1 ¼ cups Jimmy’s Caramel Dip
 2 (8 oz. pkg.) plain cream cheese, softened
 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
 1 tsp. vanilla extract
 1/4 cup cashews, chopped
 1/4 cup cashews, whole
 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust
 2 cups whipped topping

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add 1 cup of Jimmy’s Caramel Dip, cinnamon, vanilla and chopped nuts. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon filling into a prepared pie shell.

Refrigerate covered for 2 hours. At serving time, garnish with remaining 1/4 cup Jimmy’s Caramel Dip and whole cashews.

Store covered in refrigerator.
