baked penne pasta with meat and cheese made with Jimmy's Taco Dip

 1 lb ground beef or turkey, browned & drained
 1 tub Jimmy’s Taco Dip
 1 box rotini, cooked and drained
 1 cup frozen corn
 1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
 2 cups cheese, shredded
 1-2 tomatoes, chopped
 Jimmy’s Pineapple Salsa

Pre-heat oven to 350ºF

Grease 4-quart casserole dish

Brown ground beef or ground turkey and drain.

Stir Jimmy’s Taco Dip into browned meat

Cook and drain rotini as directed on package

Combine pasta with meat mixture and add corn, black beans, tomatoes and most of the cheese and stir

Spoon pasta mixture into casserole

Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Cover and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.

Serve with a dollop of Jimmy’s Taco Dip on top and Jimmy’s Pineapple Salsa
