Kale, Bacon & Cranberry Salad recipe

 12 - 16 oz kale, washed & chopped
 8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled or 1/2 cup Hormel Bacon Crumbles
 1 cup dried cranberries
 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
 1/2 cup Jimmy’s Coleslaw Dressing
 Salted sunflower seeds

In a large salad bowl add kale. Massage kale if necessary to soften it up. Add bacon, cranberries, onions and Jimmy's Cole Slaw Dressing and toss. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and serve.
