In a medium bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, red wine vinegar, vegetable oil, brown sugar and red pepper flakes. Cube pork tenderloin. Place pork tenderloin cubes and marinade in gallon ziplock bag. Toss to coat. Refrigerate and marinate for an hour. Skewer pork cubes on wood or metal skewers.
Preheat an outdoor grill on medium heat and lightly oil grate.
When properly preheated, place pork skewers on grill. Cook on the prepared grill, turning frequently. Cook 10 to 12 minutes, or to desired doneness.
Drizzle with Jimmy’s Holy Smoke! Dip. Serve.
