Grilled Salmon with Holy Smoke!

 ½ lb salmon filets, skin on
 ½ Tbsp olive oil
 ½ cup Jimmy’s Holy Smoke! Dip
 salt & pepper

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Rub olive oil over salmon skin.

Grill salmon skin-side down on preheated grill. Spread Jimmy’s Holy Smoke! over top of salmon and cook until salmon is easily flaked with a fork, 6 to 12 minutes.
