Enchilada Bake Recipe

 Jimmy's Taco Dip
 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey, browned & drained
 1 jar of your favorite mild or medium salsa
 2 can enchilada sauce - divided
 1 can refried black beans
 3 cups shredded cheese
 4 tortillas

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Brown meat and drain. Stir one can of enchilada sauce and the jar of salsa into meat.

Spray a large round baking dish with non-stick spray.

Layer one tortilla, a layer of refried beans, meat mixture, Jimmy's Taco Dip and cheese.

Layer until all ingredients are gone.

Pour the second can of enchilada sauce over the entire dish.

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Serve with lettuce and tomato on the side.
