Easy Apple Chicken Salad

 ½ cup pecans
 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
 1 large granny smith apple, diced
 ½ cup celery, chopped
 ½ cup favorite dried fruit
 2 cups coleslaw or cabbage
 2 cups mixed salad greens
 ¾ cup Jimmy’s Cole Slaw Dressing
 salt & pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine Jimmy’s Cole Slaw Dressing, chicken, apples, celery, dried fruit, pecans and salt and pepper. Add cabbage and salad greens and gently toss. Serve chilled.
