Chopped Salad Recipe

 2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
 3 medium tomatoes, diced
 1/2 cup red onion, diced
 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
 2 large romaine hearts, chopped
 Your Favorite Jimmy's Salad Dressing - suggestions: French Blue Cheese, Ranch, Parmesan, 1000 Island, Extra Chunky Blue Cheese or a combination of Jimmy's Dressings!

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, add your favorite Jimmy's Dressing and toss well. Serve. Salad is best served same day it is made.
