Place your chicken breast in the bottom of a large slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch dip mix over the top. Pour 3/4 of the bottle of wing sauce over the chicken. Cook on low for approx. 5-6 hours. When chicken is done, discard liquid and shred chicken. Add the rest of the buffalo sauce to the shredded chicken and mix together. Serve warm buffalo chicken on tortillas with lettuce, tomato and Jimmy’s Extra Chunky Blue Cheese.
