
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse the salmon filets under cold water and pat dry. Squeeze the juice from half of the lime over each filet. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk the juice from the remaining part of the lime with ½ cup of Jimmy’s Dill Dip. Spoon equal parts of dip mixture on to each of the filets and spread to cover filet. Bake salmon filets approx. 12-15 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy.
