Baked Apples with Brie & Caramel Recipe

 4 large baking apples, halved horizontally
 8 oz. brie, sliced
 4 Tbsp Jimmy’s Caramel Dip
 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 400°. Top apple bottoms with brie, drizzle with Jimmy’s Caramel Dip, and sprinkle with walnuts. Place tops back onto apples.

Transfer to a baking dish and bake until apples are soft and bubbly and cheese is oozy, 35 minutes.
