Asian Pasta Salad

Asian pasta salad made with Jimmy's Cole Slaw Dressing, red pepper, peanut butter, pea pods, ginger and garlic

 8 oz spaghetti
 12 oz Mann’s Broccoli Cole Slaw
 ½ cup carrots, grated
 ½ cup red pepper, chopped
 ½ cup peapods or snap peas, chopped
 ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
 ½ cup onion, chopped
 ¾ cup roasted peanuts, chopped
 1 jar Jimmy’s Cole Slaw Dressing
 5-6 Tbsp peanut butter
 1 Tbsp soy sauce
 1 Tbsp ground ginger
 ½ tsp garlic powder

Boil spaghetti according to package directions al dente, drain and rinse with cold water


In a large bowl add drained spaghetti, broccoli slaw, carrots, red pepper, peapods, cilantro, onion


Mix together and set aside


In a medium mixing bowl add jar of Jimmy’s Cole Slaw Dressing, peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder.


Mix until combine and pour over spaghetti and vegetables in larger bowl


Mix until coated


Transfer to serving dish and refrigerate until cold


Serve with chopped peanuts as a garnish
