Pear & Walnut Salad
- 3 cups assorted greens
- 1 diced pear,ripe
- ¼ cup chopped & toasted walnuts
- Jimmy’s Extra Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
- Start by dividing up the greens on two salad plates. Double or triple ingredients dependent on the number of salads you are serving. Dice up pear with or without skin on---your preference and add to greens.
- Chop up walnuts. These could be flavored walnuts---again your preference and sprinkle on top of greens and pears. Dollop a couple of tablespoons of Jimmy’s Extra Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing on top and serve.
