Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Jimmy's 1000 Island Dressing
  2. 3 cups Swiss Cheese, grated
  3. 2/3 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  4. 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  5. 1 cup pastrami or corned beef, chopped
  6. salt & pepper
  7. 1 round loaf pumpernickel bread, uncut
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In a large bowl combine Jimmy's 1000 Island Dressing, cheese sauerkraut, cream cheese, pastrami/corned beef and salt and pepper to taste and set aside
  3. Using a small serrated knife, hollow out the bread loaf, leaving a 1/2 inch thick shell
  4. Reserve the cut out bread and cut in to strips to serve with dip
  5. Fill the loaf with dip and transfer to baking sheet
  6. Bake the bread bowl for 30 minutes or until the cheese melts and the top is golden brown
  7. Serve with slices of the leftover cut out bread, pumpernickel/rye squares or crackers
