  1. 4 oz. butter, softened
  2. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  3. 12 oz. Jimmy’s Holy Smoke! dip
  4. 1 tsp. dried thyme
  5. 12 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
  6. 24 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  7. 1 cup onion, chopped
  8. 1 sweet red pepper, diced
  9. dash of Paprika
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease an 8 x 11 in. shallow baking dish
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened butter, chicken soup, Jimmy´s Holy Smoke! Dip and thyme, mix well.
  3. To the soup mixture, add 8 oz. of the cheddar cheese, frozen hash browns, onion and bell pepper. Mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with remaining 4 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle top with paprika.
  4. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, uncovered. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
  1. You can prepare this ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake. The baked dish my be frozen. Let thaw before reheating.
