Grilled Salmon with Holy Smoke!
- ½ lb salmon filets, skin on
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup Jimmy’s Holy Smoke! Dip
- salt & pepper
- Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Rub olive oil over salmon skin.
- Grill salmon skin-side down on preheated grill. Spread Jimmy’s Holy Smoke! over top of salmon and cook until salmon is easily flaked with a fork, 6 to 12 minutes.
