- 4 (4 oz.) boneless pork chops
- 8 oz. Jimmy’s French Dressing
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
- In large nonstick skillet, brown pork chops on one side over medium-high heat.
- In medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Turn chops; pour mixture over chops in skillet; bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, until chops are just done and still tender.
