Ingredients
  1. 12 oz. shredded frozen hash browns
  2. 1 cup Jimmy's Dill Vegetable Dip
  3. 8 oz. cream of mushroom soup
  4. 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  5. 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  6. 1/4 cup butter, melted
  7. salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix hash browns, Vegetable Dip, mushroom soup, cheese and onion in a large bowl. Pour mixture in a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Drizzle melted butter over the top and season to taste.
  3. Bake for 1 hour.
