Ingredients
  1. 7 oz. Atlantic Salmon, fresh or canned
  2. 4 oz. cocktail shrimp, fresh, frozen or canned and drained
  3. 8 oz. crab, fresh or canned
  4. 1/3 cup saltine cracker crumbs
  5. 1 egg, slightly beaten
  6. 2 Tbsp. sweet relish
  7. 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  8. 1/2 Tbsp. milk
  9. 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  10. 1 tsp. lime juice
  11. 2 Tbsp. Jimmy’s Holy Smoke Dip
  12. 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Instructions
  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except butter, blending well. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Melt butter in skillet; sauté patties on both sides until golden brown and heated through. Serve with dipping sauce.
