  1. Styrofoam cone shaped like tree - wrapped in saran wrap
  2. toothpicks
  3. 3 large kale leaves - wash and rip kale from leaf spine
  4. 2 bunches fresh broccoli, cleaned with stems cut off
  5. 2 bunch cauliflower, cleaned and cut into bunches
  6. 1 cucumber, cleaned and sliced into 1/4" slices
  7. 1 container of cherry tomatoes
  8. 2 cups carrots, sliced into 1/4" pieces
  9. 1 cup radishes, cleaned and cut in half
  10. red and orange peppers, cleaned and cut into a spiral for garland
  11. yellow pepper, cleaned and cut into a star
  12. Any other vegetables you'd like to use on your Christmas Veggie Tree
  13. 1-2 containers of Jimmy's Dill, Ranch, Spinach, Fat Free Dill or Holy Smoke! Dip for dipping veggies into.
  1. Wrap styrofoam Christmas tree cone in saran or press and seal wrap covering exposed styrofoam.
  2. Cover tree form with pieces of kale attaching them with toothpicks.
  3. Start to decorate your tree form with broccoli using larger pieces at the bottom and smaller at the top. Attach with toothpicks from kale or insert more toothpicks around tree form as needed.
  4. After all the broccoli is all attached continue to decorate with other veggies: cucumbers, carrots, radishes, tomatoes, etc.
  5. Save pepper garland till last and wrap and attach around tree form and veggies.
  6. Insert toothpick on very top and place yellow pepper star on top.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. Serve with any Jimmy's Vegetable Dip.
