- 1 bag pre-shredded romaine or hearts of romaine
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 chicken breast, grilled or broiled and sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 1/2 -3/4 cup Jimmy's Cole Slaw Dressing
- Optional: blue cheese crumbles
- Salt and pepper chicken breast to taste then grill or broil breasts until done. When they have cooled a bit, slice.
- In a large bowl gently toss romaine, berries and Jimmy's dressing until ingredients are coated.
- Plate salad and top with slices of chicken and a sprinkle of almonds and blue cheese crumbles. Serve.
