Pineapple Salsa

Tangy, hot, sweet.....delicious! It's a bit difficult to describe our Jimmy's Pineapple Salsa. It's a taste of the southwest with an interesting twist. The traditional mixture of tomatoes, peppers and onions is complimented by sweet, juicy chunks of pineapple to send your taste buds into over time!

We recommend Jimmy's Pineapple Salsa with chips and all mexican entrees of course, but also as a garnish over grilled poultry, beef, pork or fish. It's wonderful over baked ham, with eggs or as an appetizer over a brick of cream cheese with crackers. Whatever way you like it, you'll find you can't take just one bite!
